Don't get me wrong, giving birth is in no way easy, it is HARD work! But it is definately something that you can and will accomplish. I bet you never thought that you would be capable of growing a child inside of you, but you are, similarly sometimes the thought of giving birth seems just unreal, like how could we ever accomplish something so huge!? But it's through this amazing journey that we really begin to awaken to how awesome we truly are. Absolutely you can! Don’t get me wrong, giving birth is in no way easy, it is HARD work! But it is definately something that you can and will accomplish. I am 36 weeks and wish that I found your website at the beginning, but late is better than never :) Before I found your website, I scared myself more than I was already by watching natural birth videos on YouTube. This was a huge mistake because most of the women expressed so much pain. They almost had me talked into an epidural after I had decided that I was not going to have one. My plan was while in labor if it got too bad, then I would get an epi. I really do not want get one but I had a lot of doubt in myself. Everything you say about our thoughts is so true. We talk ourselves out of a lot of things because we are either uneducated or it is the easy way out. I really, really want to bring my baby boy into the world naturally. I just need to keep telling myself that I can, that giving birth is what my body was created to do and to get rid of all of the negativity in my head (which is really hard to do because I am a major worrier).
